THE WILD DUCK

 

 

The National Theatre, Torshov Theatre, Oslo,  2. September - 15. October, 2006

A performance based on Henrik Ibsen's The Wild Duck combined with documentary texts from observations and interviews with a girl who grows up with a transsexual father.

The scenography, a photo of a living room, was physically held up by the performers throughout the performance. Participants: Actors from The National Theatre, two girls, a transgender woman and twenty youth.
